Select the right harness for indoor or outdoor climbing can be done when you ask the clerk. You can find the right size harness by testing it to see how the swing feels when you have it on you. You need to make sure that it is the right size and comfortable fit when you are wearing your harness. The climbing harness needs to be padded on both legs and waist area for you to feel comfortable when it is in use.

The next piece of climbing equipment to consider is the rock shoes. You need to make sure that they feel good on your feet with a very comfortable fit. The rock shoes helps to determine the ability you have to make your climb. You do not want to buy any shoe for style instead always think of fit and comfort.
